Bungie chooses Activision as their new Publisher

Recommended Posts

So you believe IW? If bungie wants to make a multiplatform game, should they choose the current No 1 desperate Acti or EA?

also what CC said.

Deal had been in the works for 9 months. Bungie would find it difficult to get out of it easily without incurring significant litigation costs etc.

They are independent now remember?

And the interesting thing is, the 2 best FPS developers in the market will probably end up facing off again, working for rival companies, and will finally create content for both platforms.

And he calls others troll  lol @ the auto hate mode. Its like bungie are too stupid to decide their own future, really? why don't all u smartasses go tell them what's right and whats wrong.

You don't know what IPs Bungie owns. Or what their deal with Acti is.

Hypothesizing is not trolling, my child.

That said, I'm pretty sure they must own Myth and Marathon.

Myth and Oni rights are with Take2. I *think* they still have rights to Marathon.

Looks like they'll have to make new IP. Which they haven't done for 10 years :\
