Otherwise Activision can provide them a bigger budget, take care of all the advertising needs etc, MW became a monster franchise for a reason, who else is left? EA? Acti is no 1 for a reason. Activision probably already knows what its gonna be (what genre atleast). It would make sense for Activision to push harder for this deal if Bungie's next IP is a shooter, seeing as how COD is gonna go downhill fast and Activision will need to counter EA's MOH/BF/Respawn/Crysis assault. Also, if Bungie is going to make another shooter, why on earth would you want it SP only.
