His Nintendo DS broke down and now (after 2 weeks since its the little boy's birthday) he wants a Wii as a bday gift. Which console would be appropriate for him? I ask this because I just know a handful of games on PS3 which are appropriate for kids, but Wii has many games for the casual gamer/kids. 1. PS3 2. XB360 3. Wii 4. PS2 5. PSP 6. ?? Naming a few games (on either consoles) would help a lot to decide. I myself was biased towards PS3 (for I dont know which reasons ), but I dont want it to affect the decision. playstation Posted May 9, 2010 Report Share Posted May 9, 2010 that too is ok, but name a few games for kids on a ps2 na! there are many ps2 games for kids- jak and dexter series,RnC series,Crash Bandicoot series,Sly Racoon,rayman and many others... but i would still say go for wii just coz he will have lot more choices and also the motion controller is lot more fun...later on with added accessories like that dance pad thing and exercise controller his whole family can join him. Many of them are Kids (story driven) and Educational games. Plus you can grab many good games from WiiWare. And not to mention that most of the games can be enjoyed by the whole family.
