I am a PS3 fanboy too ( after being an xbox 360 fanboy for 5 years). Almost all the reasons have been mentioned why PS3 might be better, here are my 2 cents - Â PS3 pros - Bluray player and blu ray disc games that dont scratch easily( xbox games will scratch and deteriorate very fast even if you are super careful), Free online multiplayer, region free games, games on Bluray disc means upto 50GB games which means insane graphics for PS3 exclusives like GOW3(35GB), UC2, heavy rain,MGS4(50GB) etc xbox discs can only hold 9GB(i think), PS3 exclusives, Universal voltage( i dont think this has been mentioned before) - very useful if you are travelling and want to take PS3 along, internet browsing feature on PS3 which xbox doesnt have, inbuilt wifi, more reliable. Â XBOX pros - Better online multiplayer experience ( but you have to pay for subscription), xbox exclusives like Forza and HALO - halo reach comes out soon and its going to be one of the best multiplayer experiences ever in gaming, faster downloads from xbox live marketplace and more demos,trailers etc available in xbox live marketplace - ( PS3 downloads are painfully slow). You can buy some games directly from marketplace also like fable 2 etc, Project natal launches soon and everyone thinks its going to be better than PS moove, I have heard MS customer service is better than sony in India. Â conclusion - if you want absolutely the best multiplayer experience and dont mind paying then xbox is better but if you want a better overall console than PS3 is better( + you get GOW3 which is just jawdropping). Â Also lets not forget about the Vitality sensor. Interactive pron will be like never before, putting even Natal to shame. So you should still consider the wii. anish81 Posted May 14, 2010 Report Share Posted May 14, 2010 @morbidshark....... PS3 is anyday a better console (featurewise) than 360. It's exclusives list is also way better than 360's. But, there is an important and very serious issue regarding PS3 ........ specifically in india. The issue is after sales service by SONY. Which is terrible to say the least. Just for an example, my 80GB PS3 got YLOD, it is under warranty. It has been over 20 days now, since i submitted my console to sony service center. Still the sony guys are not being able to confirm me, when should i get my replacement. They have the worst customer support facility. And they have never heard of Atindrya Bose also  So, keep this issue in your mind, whenever u r going to choose a console, because if something goes wrong with ur ps3 and even if it is under warranty, be ready to face the SONY's infamous customer support.  Peace.
