Bro hacking is easy and fun. In the beginning you will find it confusing. But once you get the hang of it, its easy. Go through this hacking guide : LINK

 

You can also find passwords in pocket secretaries. Once you get a pocket secretary, you have to read it to get the password.

 

Hacking is awesome in this game. Best thing to do is to hack a turret and carry it with you Then just place it in front of enemies and watch them die.

I would recommend searching the environment, a lot of password etc are already there.

Hacking segments are great in this game . For me the biggest nuisance is in the police station when u are supposed to hack one of the office doors but a patrol guard kept on spotting me even though his line of vision was facing elsewhere and there were no secutiry cams in the corridor. I dont know for sure if this is a bug but it's like he knows im hacking even though hes somewhere else in the adjacent corridor. As soon as i start hacking he comes running and gives u a warning, not complying will make him (and the entire station) hostile towards you. Beat this game on 'Give me Deus ex' B)/>/> on ps3 .

u can convince that ex college of urs to let u in the station and no one will be hostile to u.

Thats the main mission only to enter the mourge down below , to talk to that ex SWAT m8 of yours . This a side mission (dont remember) where u have to enter the offices and hack a computer. Thing is there are no vents leading to that office, or any datacubes with the code and the only way to do so is by hacking thru the front door where whole corridor is guarded by a dude who has eyes everywhere.

I remember in one mission there was this small room with two guards and a turret facing them, also there was a computer nearby behind walls. But whenever i try to hack the turret the guards notice me

IIRC the police station mission with hacking stuff had a ladder at the back of the building or side where there is a manhole,It's at the very end of the road where hobos and police are there,there's a door with water being electrified,And there comes classic deus ex !I took 2 cardboard boxes outside,threw it on the water climbed it,lifted the other cardboard box and put it next to where i am standing and then lift the 1st one and put infront of the 2nd box on which i am standing now,rinse and repeat and you find a switch to turn off powerin the middle of the room.On the other side there's a door that leads to a ladder which is a secret entry in to the office.Also note that there is a room on the left to ladder where you will find the evidence of megan's death which puts an end to motherly ties mission..........Sweet Memories Hacking is anavoidable but there were so many Nukes and viruses in these game that hacking was easy,Not to mention most of the hacks of PC's in these game gave a secret code to door adjacent.I upgraded hacking first........lover of classic splinter cell chaos theory and double agent hacking system

I completed the quest where u have to help megan's mother and give her the bracelet and everything , thats not it either this is another one i forgot but doesnt matter now. if it's the morgue part,then it's unavoidable, as it is the first in game social interaction part.........."Pheromones FTW",although i couldn't use it there,Save & load FTW too!!!If you really hate hacking in this game there are 2 options

1)Knock out every guy in the area,some one is bound to have the pass code to the door directly or a PC that holds the pass.Too Tedious

2)AutoHacks!!! these are available as a pre order bonus for the game,they hack when a lock is within the level of your hacking augments i'e you need to have a level 4 skill to use it on a level 4 door.But the point is,You have no escape from hacking as some of the missions end with hacking.

I really hope the WiiU changes are patched into the PC version. I would love to replay it.
