Karooo
So good. So, so good. They don't make atmospheric games like these anymore. They really don't. Stunned, shocked and awed. That is all. Detroit blew me away, but I am gonna stop playing the preview build now. Can't waste it like this.

Gta_mad
the only problem with saves is , Only one Quick save slot,I mean unlike witcher 2,where you can has as many quick save as you want,But here only one ouick save, every new quick save overwrite the previous one. theneurotoxin
Sadly, it is a checkpoint based save system. Not sure about the frequency of the checkpoints as I didn't play much. Love the music and the atmosphere — a lot of cues from DX, Blade Runner, Matrix and GITS in here.

Auto save is check point based, which is Ok.You can save any time anywhere, doing quick save and manual save.
theneurotoxin
I saved manually before the first hacking mini-game and reloaded. It pushed me back to the start of that area.
praveer
I saved manually before the first hacking mini-game and reloaded. It pushed me back to the start of that area. Because you choose 'load last quick save' instead of manually selecting the save that you want to load.
dante77
Umm dude, you're talking to someone, who on several occasions, has considered gaming on a laptop and who tests out laptops as a part of his job . So chill. Besides the 5650 and i3 combo should be good enough for a mix of medium and high settings, I'm assuming you're at 1336x768? This is an Acer laptop yes? Its sony vaio full HD E series 64-bit . I played crysis with medium settings and had no problems. Thnx btw and acer sux
Big Boss
^Well that 5650 is not good enough for 1080p gaming, I have no idea what Sony were thinking by giving: 1. 1080p on 15 inch screen 2. A 5650 for 1080p gaming. 5650 is perfect for 720p gaming IMO, and 720p perfectly suits 15.6 displays.

I know. I tried to resist the urge till yesterday and then thought - screw it, why the hell not? Think of it this way, I could've been writing an official preview. And people complain about how TW2 creates a new file every time you quick save :| Proves that developers cannot cater to every type of gamer. I personally feel that a game should have one quicksave slot, 3-4 autosave slots and unlimited manual saves. That's how Half-Life did it and it still works best. Aftrunner
I prefer the old fashioned way. One quicksave slot that gets over written everytime you hammer F5. Autosave at new area/chapter. And manual saves everywhere else. But TBH that is pointless griping. As long as a game lets you quick save and manual save ANYTIME you want, I dont care how many slots it uses. I am borderline obsessive compulsive about saving so I never have problems with it.
