'coz if your console is modded, the firmware version will determine which backups will work (or not) - therefore even if you have a ntsc-j unit and are trying to play a ntsc-j backup, it might not work... Chaztin Posted November 27, 2007 Report Share Posted November 27, 2007 Pirated ones are usually Ntsc-j only, as Vbhai said, Firmware determines which region games can u play on it...All those types of games, that are playable on ur system, chk em, which region do they belong to, if they are downloaded ones, u can get info regarding their torrents files here...
