Everytime a Ghana player made contact with a US player they rolled over and played dead. I am surprised it was only 3 minutes. That kinda play acting and time wasting would have done Italy proud. praveer Posted June 26, 2010 Report Share Posted June 26, 2010 Bradley had a great chance but he wasted it in hurry by shooting on instinct instead of shooting with precision, he had the time & space. USA had another chance when the striker (couldn't see who) slipped while preparing to shoot. Anyways....great match, USA played a great game in 2nd half...the move that preceded the penalty was great as well but Ghana were simply the better team for the majority of the portion today with their balanced play. Awesome strike by Asamoah Gyan btw. The worst part is Football will again become the "stupid" game for most Americans now, had they made it till QF they'd have resurrected the sport in their country. They have got a good amount of days to recover and plan, I want to see them score some goals tonight. 3-0 As for Germany vs England, that's gonna be really interesting. The English team so far has really looked gassed out but they did shows a few sparks in their last match. Having defoe instead of Heskey def enabled them to move more quickly, milner was rather good aswell but if England are to have any chance today then there's one man who needs to put on a show (highly unlikely) and that's Wayne Rooney. Gerrard and Lampard should create some chances for him and he should work his magic if they are to stand a chance against a rather solid looking German attack.
