"Fight as a soldier. Lead as a general. Rise as a legend," the text reads. The site also displays a countdown clock in Roman numerals, ticking down the time to Microsoft's pre-E3 press conference on June 10. This suggests that Ryse will be featured in the company's presentation. Ryse, an action title set in the Roman Empire, was announced at E3 2010 as Codename: Kingdoms. Ryse was shown again at E3 2011, when Microsoft announced players would be able to control the main character using the Kinect motion sensor peripheral. At E3 2012, Microsoft's Phil Spencer told Polygon they were "still building Ryse," and were not planning to launch the game for at least another year.
