So anyone looking to do that is trying to pirate games. Anyone whos just come into the gaming scene has over a 100 GREAT titles to play still. Also, another side effect of piracy is that, you end up with a lot of games, but hardly bother completing most of them. Please post even a single reply here that takes into assumption that anyone on this topic DID NOT KNOW about modded boxes runing homebrews, and anyone was dissing on them about it. If you're rich enough and actually find investing in GAMES upto 60k REASONABLE... then i pity you, but go ahead your choice. If you're not going to buy each and every one of those 20 games, but buy, trade and sell them on forums etc, you have waaaaay too much time on your hands, and you should honestly be more interested in developing yourself in the real world as opposed to the virtual. I feel ashamed to have to literally explain everything... but i guess in order to make one understand you have to drop down to their level. PS- @krish1234 Like Pushy said dude, you might not want to spend your hard earned bucks on just every game thats hyped up on such forums(read Alan Wake). Dload games, play them, and if you like them, you'll definitely want to experience something similar again, BUY THE GAME to support the DEV's. Exactly what i did with Assassins Creed 2. Paying for some games never hurts. Everybody has and is supporting piracy in some way or the other so I'm not saying you're wrong. I havent modded my xbox and I still preffer it over the ps3.I have played on both and I dont like halo. So yeah your point that only gears and halo lovers will choose xbox over ps3 if it cant be modded is moot 2. I have played and loved around 11 games on my xbox since I got it. And I have spent around let me calculate 11350 rupees. Thats nowhere near the 3k rupees per game logic you are using. There are several ways to acquire games at affordable prices if you look around. Now they're buying original games to just sit on that high horse to be one regarded as someone who buys only original games or supports industry n sh*t. Assuming in the future there comes a way by which u can play pirated games on XBL without getting banned, they'll be the first ones to start pirating again. 100% sure of that edit: I'm not genuinely concerned and I dont preach either as I pirate tons of stuff other than games. On a serious note however, can you give the reason why you chose your Xbox over your PS3? "I like the controller better" isn't an option.. 2.-There is NO WAY, you've spent only 11k on 11 games. It comes down to 1k per game. Gears 2 has been out i have no idea how many years now(not bothered) but still its available for 800-1k. FIFA 09 is still being sold for Rs900(after 2 more fifa games have been developed already). The latest games like RDR, Alan Wake etc all come from range of 2-3k. MW2 when it came out was around 3.5k. So unless you want to wait a couple of years to play the best, latest games in the world, dont try and tell me you can get 11 latest games for 11k. Don't say you can search around for best deals, coz best deals would get you 2-300 off at best. so no 11 latest best games for 9k still imposs. Do the math. On piracy. Its people like you that support piracy thats spoils it for the rest of us. The is the reason why gaming is and will never be taking seriously in these parts. We will never get a PSN store nor a video marketplace on xbox live. We will always have overpriced consoles so MS and sony can make money on consoles. Its my own personal choice why I chose it. I like it better plain and simple. Just telling you that there are others apart from the gears/halo lover category and pirates who would chose the xbox over ps3. 2. Will gladly answer this one. Will probably shut the people up who think that prices of original games go in thousands and thousands. Ok here it goes I got forza 2 free with my xbox I bought gears 2,GTA 4, Modern warfare 2 new. Gears2 got it for 1900, mw2 I got for 2900, GTA 4 for 2250 I traded MW2 for Batman arkhum asylum Afty gave me his copy episodes from liberty city for a month and half to play and enjoy I bought halo 3-900,mass effect 2-1850,mass effect 1-800, grid-700 and fable 2-850 used Another friend lended me his copy of orange box So thats a total of 12150 for 12 games. I must have skipped one game in my previous calculations. I never said I bought all of them, let alone buying them new. Just said played 12 games. Get it?? So please dont give us this BS that you have to spend thousands of bucks if you want to go legit.Oh and before you say that you dont like halo still you bought it?? .This was my first time playing a halo game.
