devil_angel Posted July 5, 2010 Report Share Posted July 5, 2010 well my 360 was brought in 07 (or was it 06.. dont remember) and it made a sound of a horny tractor while running, so never heard a 'pop' mine is a 2006 model and always makes a 'pop' sound when it starts (booting) and then the usual aeroplane cockpit feel settles in! Do you hear a 'Pop' sound just as soon as it freezes? If yes it's Nope... No pop sound... Its a blessing in Disguise, wait for a few weeks and get the Slim 360 , and then watch the slim 1 die a slow death Just bought a PS3... No money left Would probably have to sell a kidney or something to buy the new 360 ice to meet you ~ well apt time for you to have picked up the ps3. the freeze means its dying. happened to me to twice right before the freeze. lines and grainy effect on the screen. It started exactly a day after I picked up the PS3. #FML But maybe its coz of the PS3... It decided to take out the competition... It only does everything Jokes aside I played RDR for about 90min now and it didn't freeze... Dark_Knight Posted July 6, 2010 Author Report Share Posted July 6, 2010 The Xbox 360 just freezes after 30 - 45min of usage. Its been happening since the past couple of days. The screen just freezes and sometimes there are just lines all over the screen. Does anyone have any idea as to why its happening? Its a Xenon 360 I bought in Oct 07 in Singapore so there is no warranty. But it has never given me any problems till now. Help please... What is causing the problem?
