In development for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, Blood Stone promises to be an explosive third-person action adventure that will unravel an international conspiracy across exotic locales. "James Bond 007: Blood Stone captures the cinematic intensity of a Bond film by immersing players in an intriguing conspiracy that will require them to think and act like James Bond," said David Pokress, Head of Marketing for Licensed Properties, Activision Publishing. "In addition, the game will feature a diverse array of multi-player modes and debut strategic objective-based gameplay that will allow Xbox 360, PS3 and PC players to battle as teams of spies and mercenaries through authentic Bond locales." Joss Stone will is set to debut as the newest Bond girl in Blood Stone, and will also be writing music for the game. Daniel Craig and Judy Dench will be offering their voice talent to the game too. Players will be able to go behind-the-wheel across land and sea whilst using the latest high tech gadgetry to assist them in cover-based firefights and lethal hand-to-hand combat as they travel through Athens, Istanbul, Monaco and Bangkok. Multiplayer features 16-players in modes that have spies battling mercenaries. It should be out at the end of this year from Bizarre Creations. They should have stuck to the 3rd person approach like they did in Everything or Nothing & From Russia with Love. Both of them were awesome! Ethan_Hunt Posted July 16, 2010 Report Share Posted July 16, 2010 I wish the melee kills could be more interactive, like The Bourne Conspiracy. The explosion effects and physics look amazing. We get to take control over vehicles, so that's good. I'm pretty sure there was slo-mo feature being used in that boat sequence. Just hope they don't ditch gadgets usage. Surely looks exciting.
