If its by looking at asset then it doesn't look even fractionally similar....beside the COD engine "can" be great if they make it 30FPS & do some proper work with high budget, judging how advanced it is for a 60FPS game. QOS was 30FPS but it didn't had the budget nor the manpower required, it could be a totally diff. case with this...and who's the dev here ?
