Both companies are good, I prefer Dell over Samsung because of on-site service offered by Dell. Also, the anti-glare screen by Dell is great. But looks wise, I feel Samsung is better. Never used any BenQ product so I'm not the best person to comment on them. But the reviews say these are also fine. People are using these satisfactorily. Best thing would be to see monitors and compare them before buying. If you can't do this, then look for pics on forums - you should be able to get fair idea.
