If they want people with PS3 experience, they will be getting only a handful of people, and they will be poaching from other 1st/2nd parties like Guerrilla games. I think this is just to say if you have developed something earlier, and you are good at it, it's good enough for us. They sold UC2 ~4 mils WW, if they were on 360 too, sales would have easily crossed 10m. It's hard to say no to that kind of money and it's hard to ignore a console which has highest attach rate.
