shad0wprince
Last year Gamespot conducted "The Greatest Video Game Hero" poll which was voted for by its readers. The final battle between Mario and Gordon Freeman received 190000+ votes! But was eventually won by The Greatest Video Game Hero . It was epic and generated a huge amount of debate and arguments and some controversy. And now, Gamespot has "The Greatest Video Game Villain" of all time poll started on August 5, 2010. There is a wild card stage right now where 10 Villains will be selected out of 24 extras who will then join in the main 64 Villains. I think this time again each user has to submit his own 'bracket'. This will consist of 1 on 1 choices at each stage of the bracket. Im not sure about one thing, can anyone confirm if the 1 on 1 is randomly generated or actually chosen by Gamespot editors? Every video game you have played in your life had a villain. You might have loved some ( or should I say hated? ), liked some and not so liked some. So we get to vote for our favourite guy! Last year, you, the readers of GameSpot, came together to vote for the greatest game hero of all time…the single video game hero you felt was head and shoulders above all other game heroes, the strong, the brave, the unique, and the funny. And after all was said and done, some nerd with a crowbar won it. I was really happy, because 'the nerd with the crowbar' had my vote! Voting is available here. Aftrunner
Glados has more personality than the rest of the of the line up put together. Also I dont see Shodan in there. But I would still vote for Bowser. Persistent little f**ker that he is. Dude's been trying to get some of Peach for well over 20 years now. Bulovski
Glados / Bowser / Ganondorf / Diablo / Karras / Dracula / Kefka - but Shodan wins hands down. Any villain list without Shodan is insta-fail. Glados is just a new age copy of Shodan.

shad0wprince
It seems many are backing Shodan. Must get my hands on System Shock one of these days! Pyramid Head .. well atleast the scariest / creepiest I think that one goes to Alma. Or is it just my insane fear of little girls? :fear: But I would still vote for Bowser. Persistent little f**ker that he is. Dude's been trying to get some of Peach for well over 20 years now. He's the funniest villain on there! sup bro?
Karras Oh god, how did I forget him. Karras is a mean motherf**ker. King of steampunk. "What hast thou... built, Garret? When the time comes to review thy life, with the Master Builder afore thee, and the question is asked: what hast thou built, what will thee say, poor Garret? For thou art a man of... destruction, not construction. Tis the biggest sin of all. Build thyself today a good house, that would please Him much!" \ f**ker's got a point. sup bro?
His voice was pitch perfect and creepy as hell. Trickster was nothing compared to Karras. He was also voiced by Stephen Russell. That man is a freaking amazing voice actor. I always thought that 'Strange Bedfellows' is a very lame end level for someone like the Trickster. I mean, they hype him sooo much and he is supposed to be a God and all. On the other hand, 'Sabotage at Soulforge' was clearly a mindf**k of a level. Sadly Maw is a joke of a level - that is the one level which disappoints in the whole game. It's fun and definitely works as a climax, but it's nowhere near the complexity of Sabotage. /goes off to create a Thief thread
