Selection of Team for matches:

Any Club only, Any Star Rating

 

 

Format

Group Stage: Sep 1- Sep 17

- Each Team plays 2 matches against each of the remaining teams. In total each team plys 12 matches during this stage.

- At the conclusion of this round on Sep 17, 4 teams leading the table will progress to SemiFinals

 

Semifinals: Sep 19- Sep 23

- Team#1 vs Team#4

- Team#2 vs Team#3

- Each Team will play 2 games in total against his opponent team based on Home & Away Rules.

- In case there is a draw after end of both the matches. Away Goals scored will be accounted for declaring the winner.

- If criteria arises, that result is draw + away goals are equal. A decider new match will decide the fate.

Third Spot: Sep 24

- SF loosers play against each other for 3rd spot.

 

Finals: Sep 25

- SF winners play against each other for the Glory !

 

 

Match Settings

- All Default Settings once lobby created. ie (6mins, normal etc)

 

Point System

As League for this 2v2 system cannot be maintained on ea servers for record. A manual updation of the matches played with score will have to be posted in thread. The points are broken up as follows:

 

Win: 3pts

 

Draw: 1pts

 

Loss: 0pts

 

* Its the responsibility of plyrs of both teams post any match to intimate/verify their score in thread to maintain the score table manually.

 

 

Prize

- Winning Final Team (ie 2 plyrs) gets a Fifa11 PS3 game each.

 

 

Rules

General:

- This 2v2 Co-op Tourney is only open to IVG members online on the PSN.

- Only Clubs of any star rating allowed to be selected.

- Custom Team not permitted.

- Each Team has to play their set of matches with the same club they have selected throughout.

- All 4 plyrs playing a match should only select "ANY"

- A team is allowed to Play ONLY 2 games max per day.

- Ensure that you have all the remaining plyrs added to your psn friend list.

- One player per console only allowed.

- Post any Match, Update of Match Result with Scoreline and date played in thread mandatory. Atleast one member from each team needs to verify the score.

- In case there is a tie between any two teams in final standings, Goals For will be taken into account for priority.

 

DCs:

- In case of a plyr getting dc mid game.. the game shud b stopped immediately and a rematch with the same scoreline/duration shud take place.

- It is compulsory that the match shud end with all 4 plyrs in it.

 

Discipline

- No flamebaits against team-mate or any other player during the tourney period will be tolerated.

- Any doubts, queries during the tourney should be posted in thread.

- Any member noticing any kind of misbehaviour/malpractice/offense from any other member during matches has to bring it to notice.

 

 

Tips

- Do check your net connection prior playing a match.

- Always create a temporary chat room on psn amongst the 4 plyrs planning to play a match, so communication is easy if anyone lost how to join in room etc.

- Do not start a match unless all are inside the created room and session.

- Change all cameras to tele in camera settings.

- Captains need to check the jersey colors prior to match start to avoid confusion.

 

 

How to Setup a Private Lobby for 2v2

When Two teams decide to play a match, one player from the four should invite the rest 3 into a private lobby by doing the following:

 

Step 1: Go to Online Game Modes > Online Lobbies

 

 

 

Step 2: Once in Online Lobbies, Hit triangle to create a room

 

 

 

Step 3: Select options as in following screenshot, u can name the room anything u want, but have to select for friends and online team play. And then finally hit on Create Room.

 

 

 

Step 4: Then in created private room, Hit R2 to invite friends to this room.

 

 

 

Step 5: Go to address book and click on the rest 3 plyrs to invite them.

 

 

 

Step 6: Click on invite to room

 

 

 

Step 7: Once all 4 plyrs are inside the private room, any1 apart from the room creator can hit square (create session) and the rest can join that session for the match to progress

K..im satisified with my team m8..he is a damn good player i guess..but i wanna ask if the timing of the particular match with the particular team is fixed..bcoz it happens sometime that i may not be available before 11 pm..so want u to extend that time gap to 2 am ..

There is no fixed time set for playing matches. itz all upto mutual consideration between the two teams to play on a particular day / time.

 

Only thing taken into consideration is that each team has to finish their set of 12 matches between 1st-17th.. Sep (17 days in total.. fair amount of time)

 

Both Team-mates once they are sure of their own availability to play on a particular day/time shud post in thread and wait for replies from other teams to accept and play..at the same time.
