To answer you question....

No you don't have to worry about PSN as any and all games already bought on the machine can still be used with any other accounts that you will create. And you can create as many accounts as you please and use any of them to play online on PSN.

Things to check on the console:

1. Region Code of the Console

~ Region A/B/C ( India is Region C B) )

2. Purchase date/warranty status

~ Check the bill/invoice is present or not. (All applicable if the console was bought in India and carried/carries Sony India Warranty).

~ If purchased from Croma that the console carry Croma's extended warranty coverage (1 or 2 years)

3. Console

~ The sides are glossy so are prone to scratches.

~ Physical dings or marks on the body.

~ Touch sensitive buttons are working or not.

~ USB Ports adn HDD are working or not.

~ Play BD game/BD movie/Media DVD.

~ Check whether HDMI out and optical out are working or not.

~ Check if the console is heating up too much or the fan is too loud.

~ Any blue-tooth device syncs or not.

4. Accessories

~ Dual Shock controller buttons, triggers and analogue sticks.

~ USB cable and power cable (Good condition)

Keep in mind that a new one is available for 120Gb=19990 and 250GB=22500.

P.S: Good luck with your purchase....feel free to PM me if you have more queries :P
