It's going to be expensive because of shipping and customs duty. playstation Posted August 29, 2010 Report Share Posted August 29, 2010 Yea I missed that part :| I tried getting the total for CoD Prestige 270$ shipped My PC restarted with a boot-up screen saying, "Please, don't try this at home" i think it aint a bad price , coz the prestige edition is as it $150 plus $35 is for shipping and handling which is being done through priority shipping ,so 3 days mein mil jayega, which is not bad and fair enough price, if you want really really asap so that makes it $185here, only rest $85 is for import fees deposit right that is bit expensive but it also says that we wil be refunded depending on how much custom is paid so if there is no custom than we get this whole thing at good enough price. only thing is it depends on it is the risk of custom...just one thing though how will we know amazon had to pay that much custom ...will we be given a slip too?? Overall with shipping its still a very good price for all ce stuffs only i wish they had left the custom thing for us to pay instead of asking before. And i do think that if customs charged is less than what you have deposited; here goes: What if the actual Import Fees are less than the Import Fees Deposit I was charged? If the actual Import Fees (paid by carrier on behalf of the recipient to the customs and tax authorities of the destination country) are less than the Import Fees Deposit collected by us on your behalf, you will automatically be refunded the difference to the payment method you used for the order. I hope Sam yeh nahi pare reha hai par mera bhi bohat dil kar reha hai signature edition ka.... Woh mercedes Benz sls amg ka model, art book,gt5 key chain ,black box. kaisa janu de yeh sab ko. Strange that you are seeing a total price of 270. I pre-ordered for $257 (I may cancel before it ships). Also, you get a $20 giftcard towards a future purchase... BTW on the customs fee bit. they take the deposit and it always almost always is assessed for duties (This is because it comes in via DHL and they just pay wahtever is due). But when I put a game such as Twilight Princess it wouldn't allow me to ship. Both had Amazon LLC listed as a seller. Weird. I think it is to do with the way they enter inventory. They tag the inventory (as shippable or not) when they are entering it into their systems. So th eold stuff will not show up. I tried this with Pure ($15) and it didn't allow me.
