LaughingMan777
no its 2.5gb...but night is unlimited i can put it on for downloading at 2am and then switch it off at 8 am...mobile alarm laga ke rakhna parega bas. depending on what modem router u have, u'll get some scripts which will automatically "reboot" your modem at a fixed time. I used to do that when I had NUL connection. worked like a charm excpt when it would not reboot due to occasional errors (like timeout on modem login page)

I think you need to have a load balancer kind of software that can take care of two connections at a time. How would the PC know otherwise which gateway/connection to use and when to switch. I would suggest you to check pfsense.org, the best open source firewall router that you can get. It will also solve you the early morning modem disconnection issue. But you need another PC or a embedded system like that of ALIX to run this. Though you can use a very old PC, but ALIX is a better option as it consumes very less power. Google ALIX, its very small just like your BSNL router. Even with a load balancer, you cant just add/multiply up to your download speed, you can direct different protocol/type of traffic out through multiple ISPs. So say, you may use ISP 1 for downloads and ISP 2 for gaming, so while download is in progress you can still play and do other things.
