My hsbc one used to work but i cancelled it in favour of citi card, now I am stuck with no working cc. Guess, someone should take it up to MS india, as they just are not ready to include the changes in CC policies, or atleast give an option for debit card. @ninja assaxin Read the OP, dammit.
