Do you use fire, magic or miracles? -nope

What was your starting class? -wanderer

You can make some boss weapon which can range from awesome->decent-> terrible

1) You have to use magic in a first playthrough, otherwise you will have serious difficulties. Commit yourself to one type and dont look back. I'd suggest sorcery or pyro. But pyro does not increase with any stat, so that is very easy to pick up.

2) As you took wanderer, you have high dex so use weapons that scale with that. Your faith is low so taking up miracles is not recommended.

Magic is as important as melee, choose one and the game will be a lot more fun. I cannot stress how important magic is.

Did you try the cheese strategy for him? I don't have the patience to fight him properly so I almost always defeat him that way.

BTW, what kind of glitch did you encounter?

Yech! Ceaseless Discharge is the glitchiest boss fight I've had to encounter so far. Still, managed to take him out. I;ve also reached the top of Sen's Fortress. Time to deal with the Iron Golem.

If you summon Iron Tankus for the fight, he can almost solo him. And for ceaseless did you use the "make him jump to the fog gate" strategy? It will only take a few hits to kill him with that.

That is only good against magic, fire, poison etc. If you want a good physical+magic, status resistant armor, mix and match this and the elite knight armor or havel's armor.

That way you'll also get some poise. Its better to have parts of different armor so you have a better all-rounded set.

The Gold Hemmed Set (black robes with hood) is a very good set for Pyromancers. It's one of my favorite sets in the game. Plus it's totally badass to look like the Grim Reaper.

"That thing is too big to be called a sword."

"Too big, too thick, too heavy, too rough."

"It was more like a large hunk of iron."
