(A)Kira
You can add me, but its kinda hard to co-op with someone else specifically. But let's try.
aj21
what should be taken as the initial gift?
Elessar
Master Key - It will allow you access to some areas and loot faster than the normal longer way. You can get by without it too by doing every area in order, but then none of the other starting gifts are more useful. Â If you're starting as a thief you would already have a master key so choose something else. You can beat the first boss easily if you chose black firebombs, but the reward for it is almost useless. aj21
^^thanx  i was thinking of starting as a warrior
meaNmachine
^^ Start as a Pyromancer. Pyromancy is like the best skill in the game. Plus throwing fireballs and fireorbs is really cool  You can get pyromancy later in the game also if you start as some other class. But if you start with pyromancer then you have that skill early in the game.  As Elessar said, select Master key to get useful loot easily. But complete areas in the proper order. (A)Kira
I finally managed to solo gwyn. I kept him behind the pillars like smough and used fire tempest for some awesome damage. Then used great fireball as he was going around it. After I depleted those, I kept rolling around with bursts of combustion here and there. Satisfying fight and really loved it. Â Now to start my miracles playthrough.
i_rock098
So I defeated O&S in 1 go, was pretty easy once i defeated the fast guy, after that the big guy is very slow and easy to defeat. Â BTW where do i go next, i gave the Lordvessel to that mini dragon, now where should i go next?, i have no clue. Tyler
After you get the Lordvessel your next objective is to obtain the four Lord Souls. These are four major bosses found in new areas that have opened up. Â - New Londo Ruins > reachable from Firelink Shrine - Tomb of the Giants > pass though Catacombs (you'll need a light source though) - Lost Izalith > accessible from Demon Ruins under Blighttown - The Duke's Archives > a new area that has opened in Anor Londo. Â Your next stop should be Catacombs (if you haven't completed it already) or New Londo Ruins. Â I recommend defeating Pinwheel (boss of Catacombs) as he drops the Rite of Kindling which allows you to kindle bonfires twice and get additional estus flasks each time. After that go to New Londo and drain the water to reach the boss. For this area you need a consumable item called Transient Curse to be able to defeat the ghosts here. It can be bought from certain vendors and is also dropped by the ghosts. You'll also find a few right in the beginning of the area on corpses. (A)Kira
Ng+ is getting a little hard. I though Id go and kill pinwheel first but those skeletons have started to hit hard. Managed to kill him though (summoned Leroy just incase )  But I finally got the titinate slab from the stray demon and managed to finish some upgrades  Btw is it advisable to skip areas in ng+? Particularly blight town? Already have the master key.
Aftrunner
If you have a Pyro glove and havent picked up Power within then might wanna go to Blighttown. Its super useful in NG+. Â I always found NG+ to be a bit boring really.
pbpoovannagamer
afty and Ellesar need help with Kalameet he is too tough for me, after 15 attempts i have only managed to take away half his health using magic def shield and armor but no use also i want to cut off his tail!
Elessar
Cutting off his tail is a mighty task. Alone I think it would be almost impossible, and with coop too it could take loads of tries since he rarely puts it down. See whether you need that sword really. Â I can be online tonight, but after that I'm away from my PC for 10 days.. Â For beating him, make sure you have all 20 flasks. I used a silver knight shield because of the stability, his attacks took up a lot of stamina to block. If he flies straight up, run away as fast as you can because that AoE attack hurts a lot. By now you probably recognize his attacks, dodge or block as you wish but don't let them connect full on. If he catches you with his eye gaze thing, play defensively because you take double damage for a while then.

Aftrunner
We can try this Sunday. Tail might be tough though. If you wanna get that it will take a fair amount of tries, so be prepared for that.

(A)Kira
NOOOOOOOO!!!!! ONION GUY Â Â Also any tips for four kings on NG+? They have really high hp and I'm getting swarmed by them Edited June 16, 2013 by Beelzebub
Aftrunner
If you are doing it sub SL 50, I have found Power within to be practically invaluable. If you are high-ish level (80+) you really shouldnt have much of a problem. Just equip your best weapon, buff it with your highest damage magic and then go to town.
