Aftrunner
And its super slow in its moveset too. But Twinkling titanite isnt rare. You can buy it later on. So its no biggie.

MarketTantrik
FACK! The 4 kings fight is really frustrating. I can't seem to make out the distance between the assholes and my character with the result being that many of my hits fall short of the mark, sapping my stamina and leaving me open to massive damage. Use the Crest Shield to increase your magic resistance. Try to kill the first king quickly before the next one shows up. If you can't and more than one King shows up, stay close to any one of them and finish him off (the others won't attack you if you stay close). Havel's armor / Havel's leggings are very helpful (Poise!) . With pyromancy and a lightning/Magic weapon you can finish the fight very easily. I have killed them with the same strategy in both my playthroughs (DEX and STR) I find it very difficult to kill them without staying close to them. Aftrunner
Never had problems with 4 kings on NG. Like ever. On NG + with a low level character they can be tough. But on NG they require almost no strategy. Put the grass crest shield on your back for faster stamina recovery. Two hand your hardest hitting weapon (enchant it with the best buff you can find). Put on Havels. And just start swinging. Estus up if you go below 65% health. You will kill them so fast you will have to stand around waiting for one to spawn. No need to dodge or block or get cute. Just tank the f**kers. Unless you have super low VIT (like sub 20) this will work everytime. Edit @pbp, that is an enemy. The guy I invaded was gravelorded and it spawned a black phantom Giant. (A)Kira
^ Also after beating quealaag go back to the undead asylum and get the painted doll. Go to the painted world in anor londo. You get some good items there. And you should clear the garden after the gargoyles. Its a good spot to get moss to help you in blight town. (A)Kira
The boss will be easier if you use quick bleed weapons like the Uchi or a dagger. It will take off a major portion of his health when the bleed occurs.
