Aftrunner Posted August 29, 2013 Report Share Posted August 29, 2013 I died like 3 times at the thin bridge on the top right at the end before I figured out you could stand in between the blades. I kept trying to run through them in heavy armor and kept dying. Thank god someone had told me about the bonfire at the top cause I would probably have just said f**k this sh*t if that hadnt been there. Â Today I can run through that thing almost as good as a speed runner barely stopping anywhere. Its astonishing how easy the game becomes once you know it inside out. Â And the miracles trophy also needs at least 1 full playthrough and lots of online as one miracle requires gwyn's souls and I think +1 or +2 in the sunbros. So into that clusterf**k of an area I go. Â And I have to kill Patches, and the two people with her with nothing more than a Great Scythe and a lightning miracle. Hope I can do it. Â I was invading as a Darkmoon and as soon as I did, the host entered Gywndolyn's fog gate and then I encountered the special scene of a phantom entering the fog gate and I was in the boss room in first person view. I could see everything happening but I couldn't do anything. Then the host died and I returned to my world. Â Â Having lots of awesome matches as a Darkmoon servant. Aftrunner Posted October 18, 2013 Report Share Posted October 18, 2013 For PvE (Single Player) both the Giant Club and the Great Club are excellent options. Both are buffable. The Manserpent sword is also good but its a little meh TBH. The Demons Greataxe probably does the highest amount of damage but it weight is too much of a downer IMO. Â For PvP the Zwei just absolutely wrecks. It hits in a 360 degree arc, has crazy reach and stun locks like a beast. It completely destroys backstab fishers.
