nameless Posted September 20, 2012 Report Share Posted September 20, 2012 (edited) I could have lost lot more if i went to that area after some more time i spend....you know with games like these you could end up destroying someone's lot of hard work...I think hge must have done it in funny way but it is not...this is one hard game....People who are saying this is easy ...dont know what to say. Just now got totally f**ked up in darkroot area....i went inside this light and saw this huge knight sleeping. I thought he is the boss and while i almost killed him...bc jane kaha se ...3-4 same knights showed up and with 3-4 of those tree thing also....how am i suppose to fight with all of them... this game is more f**ked up then demon souls...as far as i remember atleast demon souls did not throw so many enemies at once upon you... Are you guys crazy??? you people walk around with 4.3l souls so casually...the moment i see i have enough soul to upgrade i rush back to level up..... Even when you are dying, see the pattern of attacks used by the enemies. Enemies, depending on the area and weapons, have the same attack pattern. If you can identify it, you can easily avoid the attacks and get behind them and attack or back stab them (Can't back stab bosses or big/huge sized enemies). Also, don't worry about losing souls. You can easily farm souls in this game once you have a rough idea of the attack patterns of the enemies. Once you get hang of the game, you can farm in Darkroot Basin (behind the locked door, Artorias door I think), Anor Londo or the Painted world and get 50K-1L souls easily in 20-30mins. Edit - If you want help in any area or boss fight, we can always co-op. Let me know and I can leave my summon sign. Summon for help only if you are struggling though. The real fun is to play it solo or use the NPC summons (But that will make boss fights tougher). I just rang the first bell and manage to take down the garoyles ...bc the fight was going smoothly but then one sjhowed up....just like DS...thanks to firebomb or would have died there only. Btw i am not getting these demons souls after killing the boss you know like in Demon souls ,if you killed the boss you got stuffs and even their souls. Sala in this game i just few thousand souls after killing them. Anything wrong here. Aslo how to open that locked door ?? . i also want to learn some magic...fire ball and all .... One important thing though....when i choose long bow or spear etc ...i get this message you will not be effeictively use this weapon. I increased my vit,endurance and strength also still get same message . cannot find what do i need to increase to use these effectively . any idea what to do?? Furthermore the DLC alone is 15$. therefore i think getting the game here for retail is a really nice option. Furthermore i have got the option of EMI's with my retailer Which retailer? playstation Posted September 21, 2012 Report Share Posted September 21, 2012 i tried taking on capre demon...idiot does not give me chance moment i get through the light he jumps at me...i dont even have proper shield . takes away too much of stamina after just one block....where can i find 100% block shield ?? also i took your advice afty to mt about increasing vit level and endurance level but that seems to have lowered my dexterity so much that none of the good weapons seems to be effective.Afty ab increasing my dexterity by farming souls... those assassins and dog also at basement level.
