R a g h u
co op play available? Â I will lay it out. You can only summon help if you are in human form (if you don't know if you are in human form, just remove all your armor and make your char nude, if he is like skeleton, you have to use up a humanity and reverse hollow by using the Bonfire.). Â And once you are in human form, be ready to fight invaders. Invaders are other players (or NPC's at sometimes) whose only mission is to kill you and waste your human form. You can gather humanities by killing enemies( ex: if you kill all the enemies from firelink shrine till the Taurus Demon boss, you will gain a humanity.I am sure about it coz I have done this multiple times). Â Like always..am trying to find people to co-op on PS3. Â If you are playing on PS3...please add me

R a g h u
I think the level restriction is +/- 10. I am not sure about it. And you should be in human form and the area boss should be undefeated for you to be able to see the summon signs. I can just rush till your area, but it will still take time. If you are around 70-90 level, you can find lots of signs near the bonfire.

Aftrunner
4 Kings is really easy or really hard depending on how you approach it. Â Last time I did it was with a +15 Uchi, Havels armor, grass crest shield and great magic weapon. I murdered them so fast that I actually had to wait for like half a minute before the third king spawned. I thought I had run into a glitch. Â My advice is wear the Havels armor (yeah it will make you super slow but thats not a problem, you need the high defense and high poise more than you need to dodge), double hand your best weapon, put the grass crest shield on your back and straight up tank them. Just run right up, dont block, dont dodge and just start blasting them. If you have 10 Estus flask when you enter the fight you will be fine. Â If your best weapon has fire damage, its even better. Â Basically what I am saying is (IMO) the best strategy for the Four kings is to have no strategy. Just wear your strongest gear and go to town on them. nameless
If you leveled up your Pyromancy, the four kings fight is easy (Did it at SL12, but Pyromancy ascended to +5). Can equip Combustion/Great Combustion is 3-4 slots (Buy it from both the Pyromancer you rescue and the Daughter is Blighttown) and kill about 3 of the kings by burning them up from behind (Had Crest shield equipped, extra resistance to Magic). You can melee the last one using your best weapon, but keep moving to stay behind him. And like Afty advised me don't summon Witch Beatrice. She is useless, half the time she would be running around without attacking anyone. If you kill the first 2-3 kings quick enough the fourth one many not appear (Read it on one of the Dark Souls Wiki site). Â Edit- So finished all the bosses (Found Nito to be the toughest and had to do the Bed of Chaos the cheap way by dying three times. Endurance was too less to escape all the attacks) and ready to take on Gwyn. I am still staying at level 12 and trying to take him on. Trying to learn Parry in Undead parish now. Saw an amazing video (Youtube) where someone finished Gwyn in one shot by parrying his first attack (Parried as soon as he entered the Fog and killed Gwyn in one shot). Hoping to parry using my Lightning Uchi, hopefully it can do good damage on him. On PS3 (first time) had to level all the way to 90 and use Iron Flesh before finishing him off. Aftrunner
That pyromancer disappears if you tell him where you got the Great Chaos fireball. If you choose not to tell him then he stays at Firelink. Â If you can warp between bonfires, then warp to the Daughter of Chaos, run back in the bottom swamp of blighttown and close to a pillar infront of the entrance to the Queelag bossfight, you will find another NPC that teaches advanced Pyromancies. That way you dont have to take the long route through the blighttown ladders and sh*t. Plus she can even upgrade your Pyromancy flame to the highest possible. Â BTW if you guys really want to see something amazing, check this one out - Â

nameless
Also you can get Egg Head (Read up on Dark Souls Wiki) and buy some awesome Pyro spells (Poison and Toxin Spells) from the egg headed guy near Daughter of Chaos. Its not useful for Boss fights, but good for PvP. Â If you have opened the shortcut from New Londo Ruins to Blighttown or the Lordvessel to warp, then the trip to buy spells will be easy. Also that person can ascend your pyro flame from +15 to Ascend+5, which is way more powerful.

nameless
You're playing it on PS3? Done with other bosses too? Upgrading Pyromancy to ascended is useful even for Pinwheel and Nito fight. They are susceptible to fire too. Infact all bosses suck against fire attack except 'Queelag'. Â Edit - Just read that it is your last boss fight. Good Luck with Gwyn. Edited September 24, 2012 by nameless
