Haven't but the description of the book alone makes me think it's a depiction of the harsh realities of life on the battlefield that'll really leave you depressed at the state of those who must go to war for the sake of the country . Band of brothers shits on Saving Private Ryan from a great height. Seriously. SPR is a good film but the overly patriotic garbage opening and closing really leave a bad taste in the mouth. BoB on the other hand is a class act through and through. Yeah the HBO miniseries right? I haven't. I'll try and give it a watch. Got fighter, true grit, black swan and megamind lined up before that though. I have, lets say for the purpose of being tactful, downloaded something that is absolutely categorically NOT 127 hours in HD. It would be a shame if all that bandwidth gets wasted. NOT something I wanna see. Of course, a lot of people here enjoy stuff like SAW.. so you might like it. EDIT: Spoiler'ed it. Terribly sorry. All-Star Superman Dissappointing, seems like a rushed job with too many jarring sections....ending was decent, but overall nowhere near Superman:Doomsday. Ultramarines: A Warhammer 40,000 Movie Decent job for a Direct 2 DVD movie...looks dated, but has great voice acting "We are Ultramarines....we NEVER yield."
