achilles
So X-2. I should see that.
shekdown
Ah what a co-incidence shekdown, even I watched x-men first class today with my colleagues. Do you work in my office by any chance ? But I enjoyed the film totally, I wouldn't rate it better than spidey/batman or even for that matter ironman movies though. I went after a hard day at office, and the movie was very entertaining, decent plot, nice CGI and the climax is executed very well. Loved how eric says 'i prefer magneto' in the end. And yeah, even I whistled when wolverine came on-screen. Nice fan service there Ekdum paisa vasool. 7/10. I could work in your office, but I think its improbable cause your in Bangalore and Im in Chennai

Spacescreamer
Cars 2 [3D] - 8.8 Kung Fu Panda 2 [3D] - 8.5 Now if that rating doesnt delivers the message, i ll say it bluntly: Cars 2 was better..! First day, first show.. Nobody sitting next to you for the next 5 seats.. Ahh Pure Bliss!! I read the TOI review section, (even though i know its trash) cuz it was the only one available. They said that the Cars 1 was better, and this one was only for the scenic beauty. I knew about TOI's level and it was confirmed after watching the movie.. They Dont Know Jack... and Piston about movie reviews. The two editions of Cars are catering to different treatment (maybe genres i should say) and you cannot make a silly comment like that. They both outdo each other at different levels. It ll take me a while to go and watch Kung Fu Panda 2 again, but i ll certainly be ready for Cars2's second screening sooner. dylanjosh
Cars 2 is getting mediocre reviews all round. Not just TOI. I'll wait for the DVD.

dylanjosh
^ Really? For me the difference between the two was that Borat was actually funny. Bruno upped the disgusting quotient and nothing is really funny. I saw Pulp Fiction. Loved the whole thing except for that Bruce Willis sequence... what purpose did that serve anyway, except for killing Vincent Samuel L Jackson is so motherf**king badass. Such a bad motherf**ker theres no way to express it.
shekdown
Bruce Willis Sequence was my favourite after the Royale with Cheese Sequence. The only sequence I hated was the Uma Thurman one.

dante77
Saw Insidious now this is what I am talking about, loved every bit of it. These are the movies that scares sh*t out of me and deserves to be called 'real horror'. Unlike other horror flicks (good ones) it gets into action quite soon yet it scares till the end. It does something different by not just showing ghosts to one and others think its hallucination till the end although, I have no problem with that type of movies but new things like this are always welcome. I thought after the scene where they call elise, the movie will run out of scary scenes and it'll be another exorcism type movie (which I personally hate) but it becomes more scary! Highly Recommended to all horror fans! Edited June 24, 2011 by dante77
dante77
Also, saw Spectre and The Christmas Tale couple of days ago. Both are the part of "6 films to keep you awake" box set (The baby's room is of them). Spectre relies more on its story than actual horror scenes, though it was better than some of the other so called horror movies. Not as good as The baby's room but worth watch once. The Chrismas tale - weakest of the three neither horror nor good plot. Although, it was ok.
TechGuitar
Saw Toy Story 3. Pixar Animation Studios Up, Wall E & Toy Story 3. Must watch animated movies.
silentassassin
So any1 watching Cars 2 or have already seen it ?? I thought it was really good, different from the usual saccharine-sweet animated animated movies we get these days and it has a decent story too for a change. Its a decent movie..nothing great... It feels like its been dragged a bit...
theneurotoxin
I thought The Gold Watch was the most boring chapter of Pulp Fiction; loved Vincent Vega and Marsellus Wallace's Wife and the prelude to it.
