^^ Hmmm even I liked Singham more than Dabgangg. The village police station confrontation scene in 'Singham' was totally awesome. I so wanted to whistle , if missus wasn't sitting next to me, maybe I would've I guess :D

Watched Casino recently. Loved it. Thought it was very marginally better than Goodfellas. Sharon Stone is superb in the film. Needless to say Pesci and De Niro are mind-blowing. They play very similar characters to their roles in The Goodfellas.

Completed watching 90% of Singham. Couldn't take it. Will watch final part later. The fight scenes are hilarious, even Golmaal 3 had better fights. The fighting in Dabangg was much more fun and it was little bit believable (barring some scenes). Here everything is pathetically stupid, people rebound off roads, one scene where Devgan kicks a guy who starts rolling in the air, then he runs and jumps on the rolling guy and kicks another guy. Total bullet-time madness. And in middle of the movie, the villain suddenly becomes all defensive and lets Devgan f**k him. I dunno what happened. I never knew that if you are standing in elections, you suddenly become powerless and allow your goons to be beaten. Its not like devgan was getting constant media coverage. They could have easily done what they did with first Inspector, but NO, they keep getting beaten. And apparently no body dares to shoot Singham, once he uproots a lamp post, a jeep filled with goons start to run away.

arre hollywood karta hai we all appreciate it..but when our own bollywood does ,we find out mistakes...grown up on movies like commando where arnold carries the whole arsenal of a full army and goes on a rampage...or Stallone shoots up copters..and even now in movies these kinds of things happen..but we are all praises..but let our indian hereos attempt a bit of extra ordinary and we all suddenly turn as critics
