Watch it for Ranbir's career-defining performance ,fabulous soundtrack and Nargis ****** Special mention for Piyush Mishra,he is hilarious as the music company's owner. Watch it for Ranbir's career-defining performance ,fabulous soundtrack and Nargis ****** Special mention for Piyush Mishra,he is hilarious as the music company's owner. saw it today myself,after a long time seeing a movie in theatre you pretty much summed it up nicely,ranbir was excellent as always.But i was expecting something fresh out of the story,so disappointed by that.Overall one thing is for sure the common masses wont like it at all i guess,already people were complaining during the movie.Its a bit different movie from the regular bollywood fare,bas ok ok movie tha for me though and yea nargis ...she is so beautiful hope usko aur bahut saare movies mile Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There's too much of dialogue and it's just stale nothing great...and the story assumes that audience are already familiar with greek mythology. There are too many loopholes..something similar to 'you cannot simply walk into mordor' even rourke is a dissapointment... praveer Posted November 12, 2011 Report Share Posted November 12, 2011 (edited) Saw Immortals, Rourke is great as always and so is Henry Cavill and it was refreshing to see a new take on Zeus, good visuals and the fight scene with the Gods were epic....but apart from that its a friggin boring movie. But I think Ranbir's Career defining Role was of Wake up SiD & Rocket Singh:Salesman of the Year. With APKGK,Rajneeti as honourable mentions. Wake-up Sid was a simple role where he didn't get to portray his range as an actor as he gets to in Rockstar.Can't comment on Rocket Singh as i have not seen the movie.
