His acting was sublime.) Actually Paruthee veeran is karthi's debut movie. Aayirathil oruvan would ve been great if it werent for those stupid cgi scenes! Coz not all folks have lengthy middle names / surnames. I enjoyed the first half. loved imran-bebo's chemistry.. And its a decent rom-com. vegas shot beautifully! Loved title track, gubbare and specially the 'Aahatein' song.. Second half disappoints and how! Watch out for granny in the movie. lol Movie is tolerable at best, not like I hate luv story, break ke baad etc cheapos! give it a try, since there's nothing really coming in 2-3 weeks.. 3/5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And contrary to watch ppl think here, I liked HR as Vijay. He plays the role to perfection, the director has done a good job by keeping the role subdued and not like ABs. Also, good call on going with HR instead of AB's baby .... PC is more like a decoration to the movie, Rishi kapoor and sanjay dutt have given in very good performances too. Especially RK, never imagined him in a baddie's role. Overall very good remake....overhauled execution, but the spirit of the old movie (revenge) is still intact.
