^^ I've got this sitting in my mac somewhere but haven't got round to watching it :/ It's made by a short film maker with an Academy Award nomination (or win, can't remember).

Another short film guy with Oscar pedigree is Sean Ellis. His first full length was called Cashback and I really liked it

Really? Sure it had flaws, but a lot of heart as well. The score for instance was very nice.

And I thought the emo-quotient was kept in check throughout the film.

Also check this out.

Agreed. The score was very nice and movie does have its moments but the kid got annoying after a while.

Viewers beware: The Guard Post is gory! Brains, rotting flesh, self-mutilation... - engaging enough genre splatterfest.

Added to queue :D

I'd only place it in my mediocre-good band, to be perfectly honest. So don't go in expecting too much. This is one Korean director who isn't very impressive. His last movie (R-Point) was very similar, only set in Vietnam. This one is better so the good news is that hes improving.

Edit: Added legal. LOL.

Saw Full metal jacket. Again. I love this film, I pop it in every few months and watch the first half, then turn it off.

Plan to see Guns of Navarone and Where Eagles dare tommorow.
