If you find a movie average, watching it uncut or directors cut or producers cut wouldnt change a damn thing.

If I am intrigued I will get the DC, watch it with commentary and might end up liking the movie even more or loving it little less. Not that adding 15 mins to the film going to make it super awesome or something.

I agree but there are some exceptions. I've heard Superman II Richard Donners Cut is vastly different from the Superman II shown in theatres

See Angels and Demons, extended cut has like 2mins more but 1 single scene screws the entire flick. You literally want to pat the back of the editor.

Normally, movies go through process of audience reviews, studio feedbacks and dozens of editing iterations, they know their as much as the director of the movie.

I really dont think that added 10 mins can change my views about this film.

Couple of boobies?

Have you ever watched any of Ridley Scott's DC's?

It really isn't that bad. It's actually a very good movie. People making it look so bad only leads me to believe that it's become "cool" to bash Prometheus.

Watch it for yourself and decide. It's definitely worth a watch.

Yep. Really dont see how anyone can like the first two Alien films and dislike this. It was excellent.

Like sticker says you clearly havent seen any of RS Directors cuts. I would say start with Kingdom of heaven. Its almost a completely different film in DC than what you saw in the theaters.

Looks like I gotta eat crow on this one.

I stumbled upon a list on IMDB, of movies which got completely changed with DC. OK :)

-Alien 3 all the way. I rank the assembly cut up there with the first two films.

-Daredevil obviously. Much more character driven.

-The Punisher: The extended cut just gives the story more depth and the outcome is more satisfying.

-The Abyss: Probably the best Directors Cut of a film ever made.

-Kingdom of Heaven: Tied with The Abyss as one of the best directors cuts ever.

-Aliens and Terminator 2 extended cuts are also better.

-Sin City: Not any major changes, but they stories feel more whole.

-Death Proof: Not many people agree with me, but I find the extended cut to be much much better than the theatrical.

-Halloween 2008: People hate this, but I liked it a lot. Once again, the story is more fleshed out.

post good what??

You kinda jacked up the expectations (of how hyped Snake can make a movie) with your Prometheus hyping. So more such stuff is expected from you now. Come on, summer 2012 big titles coming up. Post some good stuff :D .
