well, not every :P that 'definite' sequence was funny as sh*t, right. I hope few others stayed with you till the end.

 "definite" sequence was amazing.. The trailer started immediately after "to be continued". We might not have sat through credits. We were just lucky.

But that's actually a good move by exhibitors/producers for a good turnout for part II

Watched Spiderman in 3D today. It was alright, nothing amazing, but worth a trip to the theater to watch it. 3D didn't make all that much of a difference, only some scenes were in 3D, I could watch a good number without those darned glasses.

It was more like action tacked onto a drama flick, it could have used a lot more of the former. They didn't really need to remake the origin story.

Also, I was the only one sitting there for the post-credits scene.

Saw 2 movies:

Up In The Air - Liked it. Especially the ending. The middle was a bit of a drag.

Trainspotting - It was alright. Some parts I didn't get.

Why did he put pills in his butt and then remove them from the toilet? Why did that other guy wake up with blood all over his dick?

Last movie seen - The Amazing Spider-Man

A majority of people either outright hated the movie or thought it wasn't as good as Sam Raimi's Spider-Man. Most comic book fans feel that it deviates too far from the actual origins. However I went in with an open mind and really enjoyed it. For starters I think everyone will agree that Andrew Garfield makes a much better Peter Parker/Spider-Man than Tobey MacGuire. Yes the origin story and the characters were handled somewhat differently but I choose to see this as a different "universe" as opposed to a simple retelling of the same story. This is a Spider-Man for the twitter and facebook generation. Raimi's Spider-Man was more in line with the Golden/Silver age era Spider-Man. This however is more like the Ultimate line of Marvel comics (despite being called "Amazing Spider-Man"). There are a lot of elements from the Ultimate comics (hell even Spidey himself is skinny instead of athletic). I guess the Ultimate universe is better for movie adaptations because it's a more contemporary setting (the classic comics have become too outdated for modern audiences). Even Avengers borrowed heavily from the Ultimate version.

The cast is great and the fight scenes were incredible in 3D. The high school fight is a real standout and almost on par with the train battle from Spider-Man 2.

The only real complaints I have are some of the CGI effects for Lizard (in fact the Lizard himself looked a little lame) and editing in some places. But overall it's definitely worth a watch and certainly not bad (as most user reviews would lead you to believe). Just don't compare it to the 2000 version. It's not a remake, it's a reboot of the franchise.
