Garfield overacts like his life depends on him turning the ham up to 11. The editing in the first half is terrible. The few action pieces there are, are stunning though. And Superman remains the worst superhero EVER. EDIT: and how come you guys don't like a superhero in childhood and then makes him your favorite. The swinging in the end looks gorgeous in 3D. Both lead actors are really great. Better than Toby and Kirsten. Overall movie was not that great. Avengers has raised the bar too high. The problem with that is that if you're gonna compare everything to Avengers then you're gonna be disappointed by many movies. Heck even Avengers seems mediocre compared to TDK.
