Can anyone predict opening weekend figures for this movie?....In america 170-180 million dollar opening weekend surely?....Double that approx for worldwide figures...hmm.320-350 million surely worldwide. Are there thursday previews?

Atleast not in india... btw have they stopped them for all movies ? I've not been to one in a while.

Why do you guys pre-book? Seriously, That's so lame. considering you're in India. And the advance will open today/tomorrow

@ TDKR First official review: 5stars http://www.torontosun.com/2012/07/15/dark-knight-rises-to-perfect-ending

"This popcorn movie is a cinematic banquet."

:happydance:

I would suggest you to avoid reading reviews if you dont wanna get spoiled .

The embargo has been lifted. Avoid all TDKR stuff. Gah, I'm sure it'll show up on my FB and twiter

+1

I am avoiding Facebook, 9gag, twitter and this thread from now on.

Good Decision but why this thread :P

Booked Saturday's E Square show for TDK. Now the wait :wallbash:

I hate E Square..they never start the movie on time and the screen/sound quality is very bad...I think their projectors are still not the digital ones. Fame, Cinemax are much better.waiting for PVR cinemas to open..

E-Square, university road one is a mass theater, for every movie, lame or biggie, there's always a packed crowd. no idea why.

Also, why go there when wadala IMAX is near.

IMO, TDKR is for IMAX viewing, else better no watch. <_<

Yes for all, if IMAX is not anywhere near you and you're not planning to travel.

Watch the movie in PVR or DT or Cinemax. None other. It will be insult to the movie. Dunno why are they even screening in those lousy theaters. Others use analogue print, poor audio/video, even projector. Avoid theaters like E-square, fame, big cinemas (excluding IMAX Wadala) and all Single screen theaters.

For NOLAN. :good:

I think its always packed because of its location...its very near to the university and there are no other multiplexes in 5km radius.

goto mumbai from pune just to watch a movie..I don't think so..going to HYD next month anyway abd will watch it again in prasad's huge wall of a screen...

Obviously it will be packed. There's always huge BULK Booking when one theater is there in the entire WEST. Same goes to Prasads, all f**ckin IT companies, book in BULK for the weekend, rest seats what usual one gets is from fron 3rd-4th row :(

So yeah, to sum it up, Book for IMAX at the earliest. Not just for first day, for the weekend too. Because when booking starts, all shows of the weekend will most likely to be sold out.

Prasads will at least screen TDKR for 4-5months. So enjoy. Its the BEST in India :good:
