Does no one miss the gadgets? I am not that experienced with older bond films (First i watched was Die another day) but I miss the unrealism that was in that movie- and I believe the older ones too (Gonna see The world is not enough in few hours)

The modern ones, especially this one seems cliche ridden and mellow, I mean the villain himself was a bad rip off of Joker.

Dont get me wrong though, it was a really decent action movie.

Miss the unrealness. I don't like the fact that they are taking a serious approach with the series. I call this the Nolan effect.

A bond is not a bond without the gadgets, sexist and demeaning attitude towards women, and cheesy one liners. If I wanted realism I would watch Jason Bourne.

Saw the Amazing Spider Man. Fun film but still not sure why it needed a reboot. The "new" beginning story adds absolutely nothing new, it just retreads the ground laid down by the first Raimi Spiderman film. Its almost like a remake instead of a reboot. There is absolutely no reason for it to exist.

They could have cut out the first half entirely and just passed the second half off as Spiderman 4.

I don't know why you have to start from 'origin' every time you reboot a series.

Nolan said Man Of Steel won't be an origin story. Though seeing from the trailer, I guess there might be some flashback scenes explaining the origin.

Makes sense really. Everyone knows Superman origin.

I call this the Nolan effect.

More Bourne than Nolan..
