Heaven Angel
Fight Club author breaks first rule of Fight Club, announces sequels "I am Jack's" surprising return is imminent. Author Chuck Palahniuk has announced that he's working on a series of graphic-novel sequels to "Fight Club," stories that will begin 10 years after the first book (and cult-classic flick) ended. "Nowadays, Tyler [Durden] is telling the story, lurking inside Jack, and ready to launch a come-back," Palahniuk told The Cult website. "Jack is oblivious. Marla is bored. Their marriage has run aground on the rocky coastline of middle-aged suburban boredom." Tyler kidnaps the couple's son, and that's when the fun starts. Palahniuk has pitched his ideas to artists from Marvel, DC Comics and Dark Horse, but Tyler Durden and Project Mayhem won't be back until 2015. __ List of upcoming Marvel movies. The Wolverine (July 24, 2013) The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (May 2, 2014) X-Men: Days of Future Past (May 23, 2014) Fantastic Four (March 6, 2015) X-Force (TBA) Thor: The Dark World (November 8, 2013) Captain America: The Winter Soldier (April 4, 2014) Guardians of the Galaxy (August 1, 2014) The Avengers 2 (May 1, 2015) Ant-Man (November 6, 2015) Unknown (July 8, 2016) & Unknown (May 5, 2017)
Nemo
As long as every movie maker stays the f**k away from any fight club sequel (i think I puked in my mouth by typing that word) it should be fine. Fight club should not be sullied by any such attempts.

Nemo
^^^ True that. Also he is busy in Un/unicef work the past few years. Dont think movies are his priority anymore. He might do a couple of flicks here and there to maintain a comfy living.
dante77
It is. Looking for some suggestions on good ones that I might've missed. Check 'Primer' if you haven't already. dylanjosh
Saw Despicable Me 2. It was okay. Worth a watch if you have kids with you or nothing else to watch. First half was really really boring. I just couldn't wait for it to get over. Never felt so bored during DM1.
LaZyVigiLaNtE
Jacob's ladder (huge inspiration for silent hill). 12 monkeys. Session 9. Brazil. Noroi (the curse). In the mouth of madness. Naked lunch. Spider (2002). Dark water. The ninth configuration (twinkle, twinkle, killer kane). The Manchurian candidate. Strange days (pre split cameron and bigelow with voldemort). Angel heart. Dont look now. Arlington road. La moustache (2005). Repulsion. The Nines. And some david lynch's works. Though they are more into surreal mystic than pure mindf**k. Nice...was looking for something like this. The ninth configuration Dont look now. Angel heart. La moustache (2005). (is the premise serious or merely funny) Save the ones above, I've seen the lot. Not much interest in foreign language films so no Noroi for me. Some good flix though. I'll add the good ones from those that I've seen here, for good measure: Triangle Butterfly Effect (obvious) Skeleton Key (more of a twist ending than total MF) 13th Floor Dark City (can't afford to miss this ) Gattaca (awesome..not strictly MF) 2001:space odyssey (this movie will f**k your mind 6 ways to Sunday) The Jacket Machinist (christian bale flick) The Fourth Kind Event Horizon (with Laurence Fishburne) The Mist (adapted from a Stephen King novel...but done tastefully) Existenz Cube Trilogy (First one's the best though...Saw can't hold a candle to this) Akira A Scanner Darkly (animated Keanu anyone?) Solaris The Box Identity (entertains as well as it f**ks) Frailty (ahhh...) Dead Man's Shoes (wasn't expecting to be entertained when I started...left me 'wow') Videodrome (your mind belongs to Cronenberg now!) The Others The Man From Earth(!!!) The Quiet Earth Moon (Amazing flick) One Point O (the premise is supremely thought-provoking) Source Code (another obvious choice) THX 1138 (pre-star wars georgie here) Ghost in The Shell Series Don't really see the appeal of David Lynch. I'm yet to be impressed by one of his creations. I do like being taken on a trippy ride to the surreal realm by the director, but there should be some meat on the bone...something tangible that I can hold onto at the end. Not just hollow dreams and trifling metaphors that are barely perceptible.

pixeljunkie
Frailty (ahhh...) The most underrated movie if i've ever seen one... Tip: The experience is at its best if you do not read the synopsis or research the movie; otherwise its ruined.
AtheK
Saw Pacific rim in Imax today, decent movie. Guess I have had enough of special effects in movies, earlier we used to have some special effects along with acting, now we have some acting along with special effects. IMO pacific rim is all about jaegers, monsters and battles of epic proportion. It is the best movie i've see this year. Better than IM3 and supe
