Woman Suing Disney: Claims Frozen Is Based On Her Life Story In a lawsuit worth $250 million.

A woman is suing Disney for purportedly ripping off her life story in Frozen, the highest-grossing animated film of all time.

Isabella Tanikumi said Frozen copies characters, the story, and plot of her autobiography "Yearnings of the Heart," which details her transition from life in the Andes Mountains to American culture. The lawsuit is worth $250 million, according to TMZ, and Tanikumi's claims rest on the argument that Disney plagiarized her work, rather than basing the movie on Hans Christian Andersen's book The Ice Queen.

It is. and it is supposed to be fantastic.

I can understand ppl fighting for gay rights and child rights. They have tangible goals and work towards improving laws. But campaigns like this end up nowhere. Just a few tweets, selfies and speeches. Few articles. Over. While the women who actually face opperesion are somewhere else suffering.

BTW look at her tweeter, so many selfies already. They take pride in participating in campaign, but does nothing to improve the conditions of women in poorer countries. This stupid treand should stop.

Any activist movement should focus on its immediate region they work at. Bunch of actors in Hollywood and UN can't save no Pakistani or afgan women from suffering. In the ocean of this stupid campaigns, the campaigns which actually have great purpose like Malala's gets ignored or even hated.
