playstationdude
Every single thing you see apart from mowgli in that trailer is cgi... everything the trees to leaves, ruins and all... impressive stuff... sobbii
Why they felt the need to convert a perfectly good animation to live action eludes me, though [emoji14]Many would say money obviously.. but i think there must be someone who would have been passionate about doing something different with the property and do a live action.. and a live action would attract more audience thn the animation version.. Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk The best part of the animation was the light , fun tone.I hope they dont end up making the live action a dark tone. From the trailer it looks like the movie is aiming towards a more dark approach :|

Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk What you said is all true. Took a lot of hard work to get my daughter to sit thru Jungle Book (1967) because its so different from the animation techniques and styles that she's been exposed to. Yeah eventually she enjoyed the movie but I think she'll enjoy the live action movie more. The same with Cinderella. She enjoyed the live action one more than the original animated version. On another note, watched Last Shift last night and boy was I in for a pleasant surprise. Probably the best horror I've seen all year. Its brilliant. It's tense, gripping and keeps you on the edge all to the end. The tension just keeps building and on more than one occasion I went "holy sh*t" or "holy f**k" or whatever the situation called for. This is what horror should be, something that makes you want to run away with cold sweat running down your spine, saying prayers to whatever god you believe in. And thank god for no found footage bs. Might go watch it tomorrow night, will share the experience if there's no update till then.

Star Lord
Problem with the movie was that except maybe Rob Hall, one wouldn't care about any other characters. They should have focused a bit more on character development in the first half.
