It captures the spirit & feel of the OT so damn well (and is so many goddamn light years ahead of the prequels), JJ has been bang on the money. Pretty much everyone has turned out a great performance but thought Finn & Poe were especially brilliant. Oh and Kylo, Kylo & his force powers, hotdamn The trio of them are a fantastic addition to the SW lore. I was disappointed about one thing though but spoilers so yeah.. The theater I went to was a bit quiet and I normally prefer quiet but my man did I wanted someone to hoot wildly with during the opening crawl & the first appearance of falcon. I was hoping Kylo Ren would be a great villain. Anyway, just finished re-watching the OT. Couldn't find time to re-watch the prequels. Will do it before I watch TFA for the second time this weekend. Gautam Posted December 24, 2015 Report Share Posted December 24, 2015 Saw it in IMAX 3D. Nothing spectacular about 3D. Just a couple of scenes here and there. Avoid non-IMAX 3D at all costs.
