Decently AWESOME Pakistani film which I've been told is being shopped around to Indian distributors as we speak. If it does see a release, I'd ask everyone to do their part in watching it/spreading the word so we get a bloody sequel asap. Keyofx Posted April 8, 2009 Report Share Posted April 8, 2009 It is! The film is very self-aware so if it looks silly, that's because it was meant to look that way. Shame about the short length and muddled story though. He had enough ideas for two films and tried to cram it all into one. What makes it brilliant is the cultural eccentricities of South Asia and homage to cheesy Indian/Pakistani horror films of years past. Pretty good acting and production too for a bunch of amateurs. Also, this reminds me of one of the "urban legends" from my childhood. The newspapers used to have these stories about some 7-foot psycho wearing a burqa on the loose.
