Tyler
1. Dead Alive (a.k.a. Braindead) 2. Hellraiser / Hellraiser II / Hellraiser III (more goofy than disturbing unlike the first two) 3. Re-Animator 4. Friday the 13th 5. Dawn of the Dead / Night of the Living Dead / Day of the Dead 6. Wishmaster 7. Bad Taste (kinda gross, even for my taste) 8. Bubba-ho-tep (Bruce Campbell FTW!) 9. Fright Night 10. Phantasm 11. Demons 12. Basket Case Edited April 25, 2009 by Tyler

Tyler
Among those, Re-Animator is the closest to Evil Dead. Never saw the sequels but I hear they're good fun. Edited April 25, 2009 by Tyler
Pushy
what horror do u find in Fri. the 13th?
Tyler
Ummm, stupid horny teens getting killed by a masked psycho in gruesome ways qualifies as horror. Personally I'm not a huge fan of Friday the 13th, but it's probably the best representation of an American slasher flick. In fact I am never scared by gory/slasher films anyway. It's movies that have subtle horror and ghosts that scare me more. I enjoy classic B-movie horror because it's fun, not because it's scary. Bulovski
Watching Race on TV again - bastids cut the scene between Bips and Saif completely. Reminded me of when I saw the movie in the theatre - couple was sitting next to me with their 6 yr old daughter. Daughter screams out loudly when the rest of the crowd is salivating - 'Papa yeh kya ho raha hai?' and the father actually put his hand over the girl's eyes. Ne0
is it related to La fem nikita (series) Nikita is the movie by luc besson (District B13 fame). Due to the success of the movie, tv series with the same started later. The lead actresses are different though.
