Star Lord Posted March 13, 2017 Report Share Posted March 13, 2017 (edited) Watched Skull Island.It was typical dumb blockbuster fun.The movie has it's flaws.The editing was as bad as Suicide Squad.There's not much character development except Samuel Jackson and John C. Reilly's characters.But few sequences were spectacular! The island looks great in the movie. It had Vietnam War movie vibes( especially Apocalypse Now-which is GLORIOUS!).Kong v monsters scenes are great.Overall it's a nice visual treat! Or a prequel or a story which is in canonical order. DONT f**k UP THE FIRST MOVIE. Also make a badass 3rd person game with AAA budget instead.
