Ne0
just finished yet another masterpiece movie named Premonition excellent thriller it is where do these people get such ideas and hollywood lamers always do their monkey trick and make lame remakes i am pretty sure they made one on this movies aswell anyhow horror fans watch this movie, u wont be disappointed Take that - and this for recommending this turd of a movie. WTF Neither scary, nor it has a good plot. Starts off well and wanders aimlessly (just like the newspaper in the movie, lol) and ends as an average movie. The song when the end credits roll was the only good part.
Cortez
What's with the sudden urge to watch horror movies nowadays..saw 2 guys and 1 girl(cute) asking for scary movies at the video shop and she took about 12 DVD's(think they are all those cheap low budget horrors) And for those looking for horror movies..check out 1.John Carpenter's The Fog(1980)..do not take the remake which was released in 2005 2.John Carpenter's The Thing(1982)..balance of gore and horror..got me scared shitless when I saw it as a kid 3.REC..don't take the hollywood remake i.e. Quarantine. Will give you more names after I check out some more movies from my friend..his room is a treasure trove for horror classics. Also you might wanna check out other horror movies by John carpenter and Stephen King. ElluMiNaTi
[REC] is THE best Horrors of all time..the only movie which I couldn't see with the lights off Did anybody watch Cloverfield....i simply hated that movie..A Piece of Crap
Death Stryke
^It was a good attempt in being novel. I guess u hated the camera work?

Bulovski
Yeah the ending was totally WTF? I'm pretty sure that if I thought about the plot it wouldn't make any sense... but I didn't want to. The final fight scene(s) were worth the money spent on the tickets. Like I said earlier, it was like watching a live action Ninja Gaiden. quite possibly set up for a sequel. but ong bak 2 is supposed to be some sort of prequel to ong bak. Nemo
watching MILK right now. really, really awesome movie with stellar acting. Penn totally deserved the oscar for this.. even though at that time I wanted Rouke to get it. heart warming stories both the wrestler and mik. Now that's how emotional. touching movies are supposed to be made.. Milk (both the person and the movie)

Nah, I don't think this movie has anything to do with Ong Bak. They probably just named it Ong Bak 2 for marketing... PS: Cloverfield was awesome. Watch it on a decent sized TV and HTS, amazing experience. Edited April 27, 2009 by Tyler
ElluMiNaTi
^It was a good attempt in being novel. I guess u hated the camera work? The camera work was good, but all they did was Run and Run and Run away from aliens..only the 'Metro Tunnel' scene was good...the whole movie they would just show glimpses of the creature. Tyler
The final part of Cloverfield kinda dragged on and that "close-up" shot really wasn't necessary. But overall I enjoyed the movie. And did I mention the girls in the movie were hot? And if you're talking about the handheld camerawork, REC isn't the first movie to do that anyway, it was The Blair Witch Project. And did I mention the girls in the movie were hot? And if you're talking about the handheld camerawork, REC isn't the first movie to do that anyway, it was The Blair Witch Project. I liked the film. I just really hated the slimy sh*t of a hero they had in it. His brother gets knocked down into the river (and possibly dies) and he just takes a couple of minutes to "grieve" and goes right back to looking for his ex girlfriend. And drags a friend and a stranger into it as well. After that I was pretty much cheering every bad thing that happened to the f**ker.
Tyler
I was pretty pissed at the lead character too... he was responsible for every other character's death! BTW, Terminator Salvation is PG-13...
ElluMiNaTi
Yea..now i'm doubting the Movie for its PG-13 rating Here's the most confusing sh*t...If you can see only one of these movies, wich one would it be ?? 1. Terminator:Salvation OR 2. Transformers
Tyler
Very close one but I think I'll pick Transformers 2...
shaiTaaNi billi
Just saw this movie and it blew me away! One of the best anime movies I've seen. Highly recommended for anime fans and anyone who liked "Ninja Scroll". p.s. The soundtrack is just EPIC!!! i am gonna start watching anime movies once i am done with the horror fest Take that - and this for recommending this turd of a movie. WTF Neither scary, nor it has a good plot. Starts off well and wanders aimlessly (just like the newspaper in the movie, lol) and ends as an average movie. The song when the end credits roll was the only good part. WTF you are sounding more like pooshe and less like Neo And for those looking for horror movies..check out 1.John Carpenter's The Fog(1980)..do not take the remake which was released in 2005 this is movie is my all time fav and yea it's remake was the worst remake i ever saw The camera work was good, but all they did was Run and Run and Run away from aliens..only the 'Metro Tunnel' scene was good...the whole movie they would just show glimpses of the creature. dude that's the whole idea the anticipation and the urge to have a up close with the creature was the whole driving force which kept the audience on an edge, IMHO cloverfield was a good movie. did I mention the girls in the movie were hot?
