Ya bangalore has gone to dogs, movies are 1000+,pop corn cost 250-350.

Govt capped the price at 288,but no one gives a damn including Govt. They increase road tax and everyone wants ur money from next day.

Don't thik there is any other shitty place as bangalore when it comes to cost of living.

Also shame on idiot kannadigas who tried to boycott this film because someone said something long time back. This film shows shows a traditional karnataka sport and then involves it in a big setpiece giving it more exposure than anyone from that region could ever hope for.

And that is the passive reason that they didn't want the movie to come here for. They dreaded it and it happened. Most of theatres stopped screening some regional movies even once per day

Very naive statements.

The ticket prices for Bahubali 2 here in bangalore is 500- 1000 in most places. Its sold out everywhere. If people were against it, it wouldn't have happened.

We normal people dint want to do anything with stopping the movie and sh*t. Its only few idiotic organisations who just wanted to extort money from the movie producers and distributors.

Thats about it.. Most kannadigas watched the 1st part and will watch this well..

Its like blaming mumbaikars for sh*t Shiv Sena and MNS does..

Ppl are paying a similar amount in delhi and mumbai.. It's just not limited to bangalore. I dont understand the hate against premium pricing of movies, it's not like it's a important medicine or good etc for which price needs to be regulated. Isn't it simple business? There are people willing to pay a premium for a non essential commodity so why not charge a premium.

No we're not, atleast not in Delhi. The ticket prices are 300-350 here, and even go down to 200-250 on weekdays. Edited by Playstationdude

Point is that it's only here in bangalore that you have people pulling off sh*t like this, I don't have a problem, please kill the goose, I just don't watch it.

Another gripe I have is that they set a limit of 200 for a movie in the budget, not implemented, they increase road tax on bikes, implemented next day, saale mafia.

Lol athek.. How else will you spend the raise and bonus you get. On a more serious note even Delhi and mumbai has similar prices. Just check bookmyshow, I saw seats at 1400 at Pvr noida, 800 at the palladium pvr mumbai etc. So not just limited to bangalore.

Rs 1000 and Rs 800 tickets.....whoa!....long time not seen any movie in the hall but never paid more than Rs 150 for a ticket that too after friends insisted to come along....this is BS though....People really paying so much toh phir kya bolne ka...

Anyways good to see movie is great...usually sequel ka bhadosa nahi hota....People and Artist in South Indian Cinema are very very talented people and this i realized long time back when I use to see those over the top action movies of Rajnikanth and other such movies from all over that region with some special effects thrown in...I mean when it comes to pulling such effects ...even SRK with that Ra.one and such big budget and backing cannot pull what some of the South Indian visual effects directors can pull it off with less money.....I actually honestly feel very proud to see my country has such vast pool of talents when i see such things amazing work like Bahubali .....such a shame that we are so divided....God knows we have all the ingredients to do be best in every field.....
