Regarding 3D, I have watched Kong and GOTG2 in real 3D here and both were amazing. 3D is awesome in US. No dark screen, comfortable goggles etc. And people also prefer it. And almost every movie is shot in real 3D or imax 3D or both. All summer movie trailers mentioned this. It's sad that 3D in India sucks and we have to deal with dark screens, but here its awesome and don't think 3D is going away anytime soon because it's quite a hit here.

Dark screens, discomfort and smudgy unsanitary glasses... ugh.

I remember watching Godzilla (2014), could barely see anything in the final battle. This was at PVR, they keep brightness so low, even for 3D movies. The Cinepolis here is a lot better.

Can you still call it a remake if its a book adaptation?

Anyway, I cant imagine watching this. Once you know the twist, there really isn't much point. Unless there are some absolutely stellar performances and reviews.

I will watch it in 4D :punk:

Hope movie is amazing. Expectations sky high thanks to sobbii and Panda.

Itna hype aajtak kisi movie ka nahi hua ivg par :P

4D is more enjoyable where there is fast paced action and lot of movement something like, Pirates or Spiderman. I watched Fantastic Beasts in 4DX and it was amazing because of the camera movements, seats were moving as the camera. Enjoy!

PVR Logix Imax 3d is very good. Bright and clear. PVR Logix is by far the best multiplex in Delhi NCR.

:first:

When comparing with other IMAXs all over the world, ours is a primitive one, but the prices are reasonable and screen is bigger than other theatres in Delhi and gives a better, sharper image. I have made it my habit to watch all the CBMs on IMAX, even though it's 2 hour drive away from my place.

Agree that it is the best in NCR. Almost everything about it is better; seats, screen, sound setup and cheaper ticket prices. haha

But, I just can't enjoy 3D in the IMAX screen because of their glasses.... I find them extremely uncomfortable to wear. They somehow converge just above my nose, and i keep getting the top middle part of the glasses dirty, as they touch my skin which starts sweating. Half the time, i have to keep the glasses off... :(

I hope they come up with a better design for them... I don't have this issues with the glasses in the other screens.

Jaata kaun hai Big cinemas bhai?

3D is the worst thing that has happened to movies, at least in India. Most of the time I keep avoiding movies just becausr of the stupid 3D glasses that make the picture dark. :/

Bc cost cutting ki hud dekho. Paper k 3d glasses aur price same as PVR Imax lol,. Big cinemas waaley bahut chor hai lol.

PVR thoda theek. Baaki sab bakwaas. I think PVR is better than Wave, Inox and Big cinemas. It's by far the best multiplex chain in India.

barbaad.... BC

Edit: It's not the tax that is less in Noida, but the price itself. Why should GST affect that?

3D is problem only in Indian theaters, that too older theaters. New ones have better tech from what I heard. In most developed countries it's not a problem and it's something that people prefer. I personally will watch real 3D version always in US over normal version.

But they already are? I mean Logix in Noida is more expensive than PVR in Select citywalk.

Movie prices are ridiculous in the entire NCR though. As are the eatables at cinemas. Greedy f**kers.
