I've only really seen her in the F&F movies and a couple of very small roles here and there before. Technically I liked her in BvS but she wasn't given enough to do. However she carried a solo movie quite well. She was badass during the action scenes, completely adorable during the funny bits and looked awesome in the costume. Her overall performance was very consistent from start to finish. I did, however, notice one scene where her voice was dubbed during post-production. CBFC honestly believes that they're doing their job. BTW that green dress was just terrible. TBH i think Priyanka looks her best in a sari. But that could just be me! Aruban Posted June 3, 2017 Report Share Posted June 3, 2017 Wonder Woman Imax...wonderful experience...Patty Jenkins won me over...this is why we need more female directors who can really show us the 'human' aspect of these superheroes. I almost welled up with joy and with sorrow in the span of 15 mins...wow thats the female touch... This got me interested in World war 1 and damn it showed the true horror of the war. The best thing I liked about this is the setting. It was a good idea to set it in world war to contrast with her character. Now for obligatory comparisons...it is definitely way better than captain america 1 and thor. IDK why but DC movies themes always resonate with me. I cant seem to grasp the marvel themes. Finally, this movie did made me understand criticisms of people with BVS. Ya Superman would have also worked with the optimism shown here but still I wont change anything about BVS. Oh and this could have been perfect if some more action could be in the first half. Its almost perfect. Deserves the RT ratings. Appreciate you way of thinking but I think it deserves it, having recently seen it. I had hype and still it satiafied the expectations... Good movie, people should just try instead of mincing their mind that how dare this movie got so much rating.
