Have had a lot of free time recently, so caught up on some movies-:

Power rangers- Fun time pass movie. Enjoyed it.

Undisputed 4: Boyka - Ok. Not as good as the previous 2 movies.

Conjuring 2- 1st one was miles better in my opinion.

Dr Strange- Good movie. Enjoyed it, but then again all Marvel movies are enjoyable.

Eega is indeed an awesome movie, the creativity shown by both the director & the story writers is brilliant , I dont think anyone would call the movie stupid or anything, you just need to watch it as a fantasy movie and not worry too much about logic and all.... the lead actor is sudeep btw !

yeah, it's one of his best movies .... if you understand telugu, checkout maghadheera as well, it has some sequences kinda "inspired" from 300, but still it's a good one time watch.  Do note that, it's just another masala movie, but the set pieces and some of the action sequences was quite good for its time !

The Fate of the Furious - actually not bad. We had a lot of fun watching it. 2CFvLVp.png

Right from the start, it was entertaining. The trailers did give away a lot of action but it was still fun to watch. Ridiculous writing, way over the action, goofy lines, family, an okay plot, unexpected surprise and fun characters. Rock and Statham were solid. Actually, apart from Letty and Charlize Theron, everyone was good. She looked old, plastic and was terrible. Didn't fit the profile at all.

Roman - Number 11 my arse! Don't worry, Roman, you are my number one two. 2KczZlC.png wt7wJuO.png

Solid 6. Super entertaining. I found myself smiling more than once, and it's rare that a film can do this.

Saw Kong, one of the best monster movies ever. The visuals were beautiful.

It has a lot of cg action but it becomes nauseating after first hour or so. In fact movie is 70% action. It lacks any kinda of impact or finesse and just gets really tiresome.

Watched Baby Driver. It fell short of the greatness I've come to expect from Edgar Wright, but it's still a great f**king movie nonetheless.

Very entertaining, very fast paced (with barely any lull in the proceedings) and possibly very rewatchable.

The chase scenes, perfectly synced up with the killer soundtrack thumping in the background, are some of the best I've seen. That said, there are a lot of chase scenes in the movie and some may find them repetitive (a couple of my friends did). And then there was also this one scene towards the end which I thought was pretty stupid.

But yeah, still one of the few good movies I've seen this summer.

Apparently spider man does not have spider sense in homecoming. Wtf?

That's one of the most basic and essential powers of spiderman.

Wow. Maybe there is some new storyline in comics where he develops his powers later? Whatever I read/saw about Spidey, he always had spider sense.
